Almond cream cheese Cake


INGREDIENTS: 

 

 

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 280 ml soy milk or other plant-based milk
  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 50 g flaked hazelnuts or almonds
  • 200g creamcheese 
  • 60g powdered sugar 

 

PREPERATION:

 

1. Put flour, sugar, soy milk, baking poder, cinnamon, margarine, almonds and vanilla sugar into a mixing bow. 

 

2. Quickly stir the ingredients to a dough. Don't overwork the dough, or it will become too sticky. 

 

3. Mix creamecheese and powdersugar in a bowl and set it a side. 

 

4. Grease a baking tray with a little oil and flour, pread the dough evenly on the baking tray. 

 

5. Spread the creamcheese topping over the dough and sprinkle it with little bit of granulated sugar.
